TETELA DE FRIJOL

Bean Tetela
A thick handmade organic blue corn tortilla filled with homemade black beans cooked in avocado leaves and chile. Topped with queso fresco and sour cream.

TACOS

Made with fresh organic blue corn tortilla with your choice of meat or veggie. Topped with cilantro and onion.

TLAYUDA

Veggie Tlayuda
Tlayuda is a traditional Oaxacan dish. 14 inch diameter crispy corn tortilla topped with asiento (chicharrón bits), black beans, queso Oaxaca, cabbage, tomatoes, red onion, radish, queso fresco, cilantro, and avocado.

Make your own bowl mixed with rice, black beans, ltuce, pico de gallo, limon, and avocado.

PIPIAN DE POLLO

Our town’s traditional green mole sauce made with chicken broth, pumpkin seeds, jalapeño, hierba santa, and tomatillo.

Topped over chicken, served with rice, black beans, and tortillas.

MOLE AMARILLO

Yellow mole from Oaxaca. Cooked with chayote, potatoes, green beans, chickpeas (masa dumplings), and chicken.

Served with rice and tortillas on the side.

MOLE COLORADITO

Our homemade traditional mole sauce, served on top of chicken. Served with rice, black beans and three fresh organic blue corn tortillas.
